Chalkers Crossing Winery, founded in 2000, is recognised for its premium cool-climate, single-vineyard wines crafted in the Hilltops and Tumbarumba wine regions of New South Wales. Under the guidance of winemaker Celine Rousseau, the winery transformed the Rockleigh Vineyard, once a plum orchard, into a modern vineyard producing Riesling, Semillon, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The addition of the Kylmorn Vineyard reflects Chalkers Crossing's dedication to sustainable viticulture and quality wine production.
