The founder, Antonio D’Onise, grew up in a vineyard on the River Murray, where his Italian migrant parents instilled in him a deep love for produce and craftsmanship. This early exposure, combined with hard work in the family vineyard, paved the way for Antonio to earn his Bachelor of Oenology with Distinction at the University of Adelaide. His quest for knowledge led him to work in iconic wine regions globally, including Chablis, Moselle Valley, Tuscany, Chianti, and Tokaji, enriching his winemaking style with international influences.
Antonio’s wines, celebrated for their authenticity and balance, are crafted for maximum pleasure. The range includes an award-winning Pinot Gris, recognized at a national level, and a selection of fruit-driven, soft Australian wines like Prosecco, Preservative Free Organic Shiraz, Here’s to Henry Shiraz, Pet Nat, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Rosé.
