Phil and Rochelle Kerney, the visionaries behind Centium, began their journey with a mission to craft wines that are full-textured, fine, and complex. They focus on natural fermentation, maturing their wines in small French oak barrels, and have been recognised with medals and trophies in various wine shows. Their commitment to crafting wines that exemplify balance, length of flavour, and drinkability has established Centium as a distinguished winery in the region.
At Centium Vineyard's Cellar Door, visitors are welcomed into an atmosphere that blends viticultural passion with culinary delight. Located on Berrilee Road, the tasting room offers a serene setting with breathtaking views of local fields and forests, extending towards the mountains beyond Bathurst.

Centium Vineyard welcomes visitors for tastings seven days a week, from 10 am to 5 pm, by appointment.
