Wine Tasting at Brinktop

Brinktop Vineyard is a boutique winery in the Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, producing single-site, handcrafted wines that highlight the region’s terroir. Established on the historic Killara Farm, the vineyard is carefully managed by growers and winemakers Todd Goebel and Gill Christian, who oversee every step from vineyard to bottle. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Sparkling Pinot Noir are among the standout varieties, all made from hand-picked fruit and carefully selected clones.

With a strong commitment to minimal intervention winemaking, Brinktop’s wines reflect both the land and the people behind them. Their Pinot Noir has earned recognition at international and national wine shows, while their Chardonnay and Syrah display the finesse and intensity that Tasmania’s cool climate can deliver.
