Blefari Wines is a boutique, family-run winery located in the Adelaide Hills, proudly representing the Piccadilly Valley sub-region for over six decades. Established by the Blefari family in Carey Gully, the vineyard is now run by third-generation vignerons Sam and Vince Blefari, who continue the legacy with a deep commitment to single vineyard winemaking.
Specialising in cool climate varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc, Blefari Wines reflects the unique character of its elevated site in every bottle. With over 40 years of combined winemaking experience, the Blefari family focuses on minimal intervention and hands-on vineyard care to produce wines of elegance and distinction, crafted in small batches and available exclusively through their cellar door and online.
Set among the rolling hills of Carey Gully, the Blefari Wines Cellar Door offers a quiet and personalised tasting experience. Open by appointment, the space reflects the family’s warm and welcoming approach, offering guests a chance to learn about the history and craftsmanship behind each wine directly from the people who make them.
