The winemaker, Angus Vinden, offers a dual approach to winemaking. The original heritage label, Vinden Wines, celebrates the traditional Hunter style, while his experimental offshoot, The Vinden Headcase, brings a modern twist. Among the wines produced here, you'll find Rosé, Chardonnay, and Semillon, which are all reflective of the Hunter Valley terroir.
The winery is renowned for its organically farmed vineyards, Somerset and Vinden Estate, which contribute to the premium, pesticide-free wines. This commitment to organic farming sets Vinden Estate Wines apart in the region.
When you step into Vinden Estate Wines' Cellar Door, you're greeted with an intimate tasting room where you can sample their full range of wines, including the popular Tempranillo and Fiano. The winery offers a unique experience, allowing visitors to stay at the Vinden Estate homestead, which boasts stunning views of the Brokenback Ranges.

Bookings are highly recommended at Vinden Estate Wines. Tastings cost $15 per person and are free for wine club members. Tastings last approximately 45 minutes and commence on the hour, from 10am to 4pm, seven days a week.
