Aiming to create wines that truly represent their origins and the unique character of each vintage, Schell and Gely have carved out a distinctive ‘house style’ that has positioned Peter as a forward-thinking winemaker known for his wines’ authenticity and distinct identity. The Spinifex range, including favourites like Lola, Riesling, Rosé, Esprit, and Indigene, demonstrates the Barossa Valley’s potential for producing varied and complex wines, appealing to both enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike.
