Piccolo Family Farm, a 20-acre establishment just outside Griffith, NSW, embodies the Piccolo family's commitment to produce, culture, heritage, and homegrown Riverina hospitality. The fully functional farm practices sustainable farming across its citrus orchard, fruit, vegetable and herb plantations, and small vineyard. The farm's "farm to fork" approach is central to their ethos, supplying seasonal produce for their family restaurant, Limone Dining. Visitors to the farm can enjoy unique experiences, such as immersive farm tours and events, including the arts and music festival, A Day in the Orchard.
The Piccolo Family Farm’s Cellar Door and Visitor Experience Centre serve as the hub for farm tours and events. Their must-try wines include the Lilias Range, featuring four Italian varietals: Grechetto, Fiano, Montepulciano, and Aglianico, all grown on the farm. These varietals are carefully selected to suit the climate and conditions of the Riverina region, reflecting the Mediterranean heritage of the Piccolo family. The Cellar Door is a unique space, designed and developed through the vision of Peter Piccolo, utilizing a collection of repurposed materials and pieces of interest, adding to the farm's charm and authenticity.
