Wine Tasting at Paringa

Paringa Estate is a well-established winery in the Red Hill sub-region of the Mornington Peninsula, known for producing high-quality cool-climate wines. Founded by Lindsay McCall in 1985, the estate has grown into one of the region’s most respected producers of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Pinot Gris. The vineyard sits on ten acres of north-facing, volcanic soil, benefiting from a unique microclimate that allows for the production of intensely flavoured, well-structured wines.

With a hands-on approach to viticulture and winemaking, Paringa Estate produces three wine ranges: Peninsula, Estate, and Single Vineyard, each showcasing a different expression of the site. The winery was one of the first on the Peninsula to successfully grow Shiraz, proving that the variety can thrive in this cool maritime climate. Over the years, the estate has won multiple awards and continues to be a benchmark producer in the Mornington Peninsula.
