Mandala Wines is a family-owned winery in Yarra Valley, built on a dream of growing grapes, making wine, and sharing it with family and friends. Established in 1999, the estate now spans two vineyard sites—Dixons Creek and Yarra Junction—producing cool-climate wines that express the region’s renowned terroir.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay take centre stage at Mandala, though the vineyards also produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot. The winemaking team focuses on small-batch, estate-grown wines that capture the essence of their environment, with a commitment to quality and authenticity in every bottle.
Mandala’s newly renovated cellar door offers a relaxed and welcoming tasting experience, with scenic vineyard views and outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. Visitors can sample a curated selection of Estate and Single-Site Reserve wines while learning about the winemaking philosophy from the knowledgeable team.
The cellar door is pet-friendly, and guests are encouraged to extend their visit with a meal at the on-site DiVino Ristorante, which serves Italian-inspired dishes designed to complement the wines. With access to current releases, back vintages, and museum stock, each tasting provides a deep dive into Mandala’s evolving wine portfolio.

Bookings are recommended for all wine tastings, which run from Wednesday to Sunday. Tastings are hosted in a relaxed and informative setting, featuring a guided selection of Mandala’s wines. A tasting fee applies, with access to exclusive wines and limited releases. Large groups should book in advance, and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though credit can be applied for future visits.
