Eldridge Estate is a boutique winery located in the elevated vineyards of Mornington Peninsula. With vines planted in 1984, the vineyard sits at 225 metres above sea level in the famous red volcanic soils of Red Hill. This cool-climate site, influenced by ocean breezes and long ripening seasons, is particularly suited to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, producing wines that reflect their unique terroir.
Minimal intervention winemaking is at the heart of Eldridge Estate, with a focus on hand-tended vines, sustainable vineyard practices, and traditional techniques. The wines, including single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Amphora Rosé, showcase balance, elegance, and purity of fruit, staying true to the character of the region.
Visitors to Eldridge Estate can enjoy guided tastings in a relaxed setting with panoramic vineyard views. The cellar door offers seated tastings, where guests can explore a selection of current releases, including their flagship Pinot Noir. On cooler days, tastings can be enjoyed on the sheltered and heated terrace.
To complement the wine experience, gourmet platters featuring local and international cheeses, charcuterie, and pâté are available. Outdoor seating is also available, providing a scenic space for guests to enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the surroundings.
