Chapel Hill Winery, located in the historic McLaren Vale, embodies the region's rich viticultural heritage and commitment to innovation. Established in 1964, the winery is built around a 150-year-old chapel and focuses on crafting small-batch, single vineyard wines that reflect the unique terroir of McLaren Vale. Known for producing Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, Chapel Hill is celebrated for creating wines with purity, balance, and a strong sense of place.
Led by Chief Winemaker Michael Fragos, Chapel Hill prioritises sustainability and authenticity in its wine-growing and winemaking practices. The winery is an active participant in the McLaren Vale Scarce Earth project, which encourages exploration of the micro-geography within vineyards, further showcasing the distinctive qualities of its wines.
