Cappa Stone Wines, a boutique and family-run business, has been operating since 2009 in the prestigious food and wine region of the Murray Darling, Victoria. Starting with Moscato in their first vintage, they have since expanded their range using old world techniques to produce premium, small batch wines. This method allows for a gentle approach to handling grapes, ensuring a high-quality product. Visitors can experience their cellar door, located on the outskirts of Red Cliffs township, which is open daily for wine tastings. Cappa Stone Wines also shares its location with its sister company, Dynasty of Tea, offering tea tastings as an alternative for non-wine drinkers.
The winery's selection includes an array of both red and white wines, showcasing varieties such as Cabernet, Nebbiolo, Nero d’Avola, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Fiano, Moscato, Pinot Gris, Prosecco, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, and Rosé.
