Shaw + Smith, founded in 1989 by cousins Michael Hill Smith MW and Martin Shaw, is a beacon of viticultural excellence in the Adelaide Hills. The newly renovated Tasting Room at Shaw + Smith offers visitors an exceptional wine tasting experience, featuring three seated wine flights that showcase the winery's diverse portfolio.
