The Tasting Room at Shaw + Smith offers a relaxed and immersive experience, inviting guests to explore the winery’s diverse portfolio through three distinct wine flights. Visitors can sample the Classic Wine Flight, featuring five new release wines; the Single Vineyard Wine Flight, which highlights wines from specific sites; or the Feature Wine Flight from The Other Wine Co., showcasing alternative varietals. Each flight is paired with selections from the cold larder menu, enhancing the tasting with complementary flavours.
