Moothi Estate, a family-owned boutique winery, has been a part of the Mudgee region since 1995. Originally planted with classic varietals such as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay, the 17-hectare vineyard now includes grapes like Pinot Grigio, Riesling, and Viognier. In addition to its wines, the estate features a cherry orchard of over 2,000 'Simone' variety trees, adding to the local produce incorporated into its offerings.
