Grandis Wines, is Shannon Burgess-Moore's lo-fi side project, where he experiments with minimal intervention wines, pushing the boundaries of wine styles in the region. Shannon, is a winemaker for De Iuliis and the son of Ian and Debra of Moorebank Wines.

Shannon's collection under the Grandis brand includes a diverse range of wines, each showcasing his innovative approach. Notable among these are his distinct Pet Nat, a blend of Pinot Gris, Semillon, and Merlot, and the Hunter Valley's exclusive Garganega, known for its green apple and citrus notes. His repertoire also features a uniquely infused Montepulciano with ginseng, along with a selection of Rosé and Nebbiolo. These wines illustrate Shannon's dedication to exploring new winemaking dimensions and his passion for alternative varieties.

All tastings for Grandis are conducted at the families Moorebank Cellar Door, where guests can immerse themselves in world of both Grandis and Moorebank Wines, as well as homemade condiments.
