Curator Wine Co crafts small-batch wines from old vineyards across the Barossa Valley, including sites in Marananga, Seppeltsfield, Kalimna, and Eden Valley. Winemaker Tom White takes a minimalist approach, focusing on old vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache. All grapes are hand-harvested, naturally fermented, and basket pressed into French oak, ensuring a pure expression of the region’s unique terroirs.
Committed to sustainability, Curator Wine Co avoids herbicides and pesticides in both its own vineyards and those of its growers. Water is harvested on-site, and pressed grape skins are repurposed as mulch to enhance soil health and water retention. Every bottle is vegan-friendly, unfined and unfiltered, allowing the true character of the fruit to shine.
The Curator Wine Co Tasting Gallery offers an intimate and immersive experience, available by appointment only. Guests can enjoy a one-on-one tasting of the Barossa collection, accompanied by insights into the winemaking process. A guided tour through the winery provides a closer look at the vineyard and the chance to sample pre-release wines from the barrel or tank.
Tastings take place inside the Gallery or on the Terrace overlooking the vineyards, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Visitors can expect a bespoke experience that highlights the stories and philosophy behind Curator Wine Co’s approach to sustainable, small-batch winemaking.
