While the Hunter Valley is known for its bright fruit flavors and earthen terracotta accents, Usher Tinkler has taken it a step further by introducing unique blends and pioneering Prosecco in the region. The winery itself was established in 2014 and has since been a trailblazer in the Australian wine industry.

When you visit the Cellar Door, you're in for a treat. Housed in a beautifully refurbished weatherboard church, the space is light, well-decorated, and filled with vibey music.
But the real star of the show is the Cheese and Salumi boards that accompany your wine tasting. These stunning boards come laden with local nuts, honey, berries, and breads, offering a feast for both your eyes and palate.
