Winemaker Viv Knight, with over 30 years in the industry, has carefully cultivated a range that reflects the cool-climate finesse of the Adelaide Hills and the bold character of Langhorne Creek fruit. The estate’s young vineyard will eventually produce Chardonnay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir, while the current selection showcases regional diversity.
