Priory Ridge Wines is a boutique vineyard located in Tasmania, known for its unique terroir and handcrafted cool-climate wines. As the most northerly vineyard on the East Coast, Priory Ridge benefits from an abundance of sunshine and sits atop a distinctive granite seam, imparting minerality and depth to its wines. The vineyard follows traditional Burgundian winemaking methods under the guidance of Brian Franklin from Apsley Gorge Vineyard, ensuring wines of complexity and character.
The vineyard produces a carefully curated selection, including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Siegerrebe, and Pinot Noir. Every grape is handpicked and aged in French oak barrels, reflecting the estate’s commitment to quality winemaking. Visitors can experience the beauty of the vineyard while enjoying a tasting of these expressive wines.
Wine tastings at Priory Ridge Wines are an intimate and engaging experience, allowing guests to sample the full range of estate-grown wines.
