The estate’s dedication to low-yield vines, partial organic viticulture, and traditional methods contributes to the quality of its wines.
The estate employs traditional methods such as the Methode Champenoise for sparkling wine production. Its underground cellar, built within an old quarry, offers ideal conditions for aging wines. This meticulous process, including secondary fermentation in bottles, riddling, and disgorging, results in the estate’s celebrated Pinot Noir Chardonnay vintage sparkling wine.
Millbrook Estate welcomes visitors to enjoy a refined wine tasting experience in its intimate tasting room.
