Jilyara is a family-owned winery in Margaret River, producing premium wines from its pristine Wilyabrup vineyard. Established in 1995, Jilyara reflects the region’s exceptional terroir, with meticulous vineyard management and a commitment to small-batch, handcrafted wines. The name Jilyara, derived from the Noongar word for ‘bees,’ symbolises the natural balance between the vineyard and the surrounding environment.
With winemaker Kate Morgan at the helm, Jilyara crafts expressive wines that allow the fruit to shine. Their collections include Honeycomb Corner, Heath Road, and The Williams’ Block—each showcasing the estate’s dedication to quality. The winery focuses on classic Margaret River varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc, embracing a minimal-intervention approach to highlight the vineyard’s unique character.
The Jilyara cellar door, located in Yallingup, offers a relaxed and intimate tasting experience.
