Ivybrook Farm is a family-owned winery in the McLaren Vale wine region, combining history, sustainable farming, and premium winemaking. Set on a 40-acre property near Maslin Beach, the farm’s vineyards produce a range of varieties, including Shiraz, Tempranillo, Grenache, and the lesser-seen Arinto, Mencia, and Touriga. Guided by biodynamic practices, the winery ensures the health of its soil and vines while crafting small-batch wines that highlight the region's terroir.

Since 2014, Ivybrook Farm has operated as an independent winery, using minimal intervention and low preservatives to create wines with purity and character. Their wine ranges include the classic estate collection and the experimental "Unclad" series, featuring preservative-free and natural ferments. With a focus on quality and sustainability, Ivybrook Farm offers wines that are both innovative and deeply rooted in tradition.
