DogRidge is a family-owned winery established in 1992, producing boutique wines from 90 acres of premium vineyards in McLaren Vale. The winery takes its name from an old-fashioned vine rootstock and reflects the family’s love of the land and their four-legged companions. The DogRidge cellar door provides a relaxed and intimate space for wine tasting, housed alongside an art gallery showcasing works by resident and visiting artists. Set near Pedler Creek, the venue offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy seated tastings of up to six wines. Outdoor seating under the gum trees invites visitors to bring a picnic or enjoy a locally-sourced cheese platter while taking in the serene surroundings.
The cellar door experience emphasises a personal touch, with knowledgeable staff guiding visitors through the wine list. For group visits, structured tastings and creative label-making sessions are available by booking, adding an interactive element to the experience.

Tastings for larger groups are limited to morning hours, ensuring a relaxed environment for all guests.
