Byrne Farm, a family-run winery established in 2020, is located in the cool climate Orange wine region. Nestled in Nashdale, near the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, the winery cultivates a 40-acre vineyard on rich chocolate-red ferrosol soils, ideal for producing varietals like Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and their unique Shiraz Pinot Noir blend. Despite being a relatively young operation, Byrne Farm has established a reputation for creating wines that showcase the vibrant flavors and complexity characteristic of the region's cool climate.
Byrne Farm's Cellar Door, located on Cargo Road in Orange, offers a welcoming and intimate environment for wine tastings. Guests can sample a variety of cool climate wines, including their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and distinctive Pinot/Shiraz blends.
