Established in 1988, Poole’s Rock Wines embraces a ‘Best of Region’ philosophy, selecting premium grapes from some of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions. With a focus on single-vineyard winemaking, Poole’s Rock highlights the distinct character of its Post Office and Soldier Settlers vineyards in the Hunter Valley. The winery produces regional classics like Semillon, Shiraz, and Chardonnay, each crafted to showcase the individual qualities of its vineyard source.
The Poole’s Rock Cellar Door, located on the historic Post Office Vineyard, provides a welcoming space to explore the full range of wines. Surrounded by some of the Hunter Valley’s oldest Shiraz vines, this spacious and modern Cellar Door offers tastings that include the Pooles Rock wines, as well as special Museum releases.
