Spanning 28 acres, the property is home to 75-year-old vines, among the oldest in the region, alongside a variety of alternate wine varieties such as Nero d’Avola, Touriga Nacional, and Arinto. The family produces handcrafted wines, cider, and unique products like Plum Liqueur and Apple Cider Vinegar, all grown and made on-site.
Mark McCarthy, owner, grower, and winemaker, brings decades of experience and a passion for sustainable farming to every bottle. The wines are vegan-friendly, small-batch, and made without pesticides or fining agents, allowing the natural qualities of the fruit to shine. Each wine is named after family members or pets, with labels featuring distinctive artwork by UK artist Louise Robinson, reflecting the personal and artistic approach of the winery.
