Lyrebird Ridge Organic Winery and Retreat is a small organic winery located on 40 acres of bushland between Kangaroo Valley and Nowra in the Shoalhaven Coast. Established in 1994, the winery specializes in Chambourcin, with all grapes organically grown, hand-picked, and basket pressed without preservatives. The estate operates sustainably, using solar power, rainwater collection, and fallen timber for fireplaces. It’s also pet-friendly, welcoming visitors and their pets to enjoy a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.
