Silos Estate, located on the Shoalhaven Coast, offers a blend of wine, relaxation, and dining. The 12-acre vineyard focuses on non-irrigated viticulture, producing premium wines that reflect the region's maritime climate. Seven grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Semillon, and Shiraz, are grown under the Silos Estate label, showcasing the vineyard's dedication to quality and regional character.
The historic Cellar Door, dating back to 1870, provides a welcoming space to taste wines from hand-tended vines. In addition to its Shoalhaven varieties, Silos Estate produces wines under the Wileys Creek label, featuring grapes sourced from regions like the Yarra Valley and Hunter Valley. This range includes unique styles such as Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Muscat, and Pinot, offering visitors a diverse tasting experience.
